Well-being Wednesday

As a part of the TechThrive campus initiative, Wednesday is the day of the week set-aside to promote the various well-being and mental health resources on campus. Each Wednesday students can find events relating to holistic well-being provided by campus resources or new well-being videos published to the TechThrive website. 

Where can I find events?

Events can be found listed in the calendar on the right side of this page. Additionally, students can check out the well-being resources to learn more about the resources on Texas Tech's campus. Each resource has events related to well-being and mental health. Every effort will be made to publish known events happening on Wednesday's in the running calendar on the right.
