WISHES
What is WISHES?
The Wellbeing Improvement Survey for Higher Education Settings asks students about their well-being experience and experience with resources at TTU.
What is the purpose of the survey?
To assist the university in assessing student well-being and its efforts to improve student well-being. The survey will also be used to plan various student programs across TTU resources.
Who administers WISHES?
TechThrive, in collaboration with the TTU Office of Planning and Assessment, administers the WISHES survey to Texas Tech undergraduate students.
How is the survey administered?
A unique email will be sent to all undergraduate students by techthrive@ttu.edu twice a semester. The survey will remain open for about two weeks for each administration, and reminders will be sent until the survey closes. The survey is completely voluntary and takes about 6 minutes to complete, it can be completed on your phone or computer.
What is the incentive for students to complete the survey?
Students who complete the survey will be entered into a TTU drawing for one of two $250 scholarships. Students with a $0 tuition balance, including those graduating in the semester the survey is administered will be eligible for the scholarship via a tuition rebate.
Who can access the survey results?
A summary of the survey will be shared with colleges and TTU departments as requested. Individual student responses will not be available. All students responses are kept completely confidential.
