Dr. Marcelo Jenkins has more than 100 publications and extensive consultancy experience in his specialty of software engineering and quality assurance. He has also served as Costa Rica's Minister of Science and Technology. Now a full professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Costa Rica, he also teaches computing at Texas Tech on a part-time basis.

Biography

Dr. Marcelo Jenkins has more than 100 publications and extensive consultancy experience in his specialty of software engineering and quality assurance. He has also served as Costa Rica's Minister of Science and Technology. Now a full professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Costa Rica, he also teaches computing at Texas Tech on a part-time basis. His Ph.D. in Computer Science is from the University of Delaware.
