I can't log in to anything with my eRaider username and password. What's wrong?

First, make sure you are typing both your username and password correctly.

If you believe both to be correct, and you still can't log in, your account might be locked. You can:

  1. Wait to log in to your account for 15 minutes, or
  2. Call IT Help Central at 742-HELP (742-4357).
