Economics & Mathematics
Texas Techs Bachelor of Science in Economics & Mathematics is a powerhouse program designed for students who love decoding complex systems. As the first of its kind in the State of Texas, this program merges the analytical rigor of high-level calculus and statistics with deep economic theory, creating a versatile toolkit for careers in finance, data science, or policy analysis.
Economics & Mathematics places a strong emphasis on quantitative skills, where students do not simply study markets — they develop the mathematical and analytical tools needed to understand and predict them. This technical edge gives undergraduates the opportunity to engage in rigorous research often reserved for graduate study, bridging the gap between abstract theory and real-world application.
