Thank you for your interest in President's Select.

Members of President's Select are chosen by officers and advisors.

Membership Requirements

• Full time undergraduate student (open to all students & majors regardless of classification)
  • Must be enrolled in-person
  • Must attend the Lubbock campus
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Attend any mandatory interviews/training/events/meetings (if selected)

Application

The 2025 President's Select application will be open from Nov. 14, 2025, through Jan. 16, 2026. First-round interviews will be held Feb. 9-13, 2026. If you are selected for a
second-round interview, you will receive an email with further instructions by Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026.

2) Resume

3) Two letters of recommendation (from TTU faculty/staff members, a current President's Select member, or Hometown Counselor/Teacher). If your recommender prefers to send your letter of recommendation directly to the advisor, please ask them to send it to presidents.select@ttu.edu

Expectations if Selected:

• Multiple rounds of interviews
• Up to eight weeks of mandatory training (Wednesday evenings beginning Feb. 25, 2026 – April 29, 2026)
• Official campus tour training
• Exam

The application will close at 11 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, 2026.
