Season 19 Logo

Dear Presidential Lecture & Performance Series Patron,

Welcome to our 19th anniversary PLPS season. The special number 19 calls for reflection on our past almost two decades.

The traditional and modern symbol for a 19th anniversary is bronze, which is a unique material suggesting stability and resilience, reflecting the endurance of our past two decades. In our 89-show history, it sure seems that we have gathered under a variety of circumstances, yet one detail seems constant: we do continue to prevail. A tangible way to help us look ahead at the next 19 years is to obtain a 2025/2026 season pass, instead of purchasing individual general admission tickets. If you haven't already considered joining us for all 19th season events with this option, please mark your calendars and commit to all four upcoming shows by purchasing a pass. At a $65 rate, season pass holders approximately receive a free ticket through their annual commitments and such devoted patrons help us continue to succeed.

However, whether you're a brand new or seasoned pass-holding patron, I'd like to say thank you for your support for our program. We sure wouldn't exist without your interest and participation in our culture-making tradition.

I hope to see you soon in the Allen Theater to enjoy President Schovanec's gift to the community together, and that you gather with us in the heart of campus for many more years to come.
