About

Camp L.E.A.D. is a leadership and development program at Texas Tech University. The program is designed for high school students entering their senior year. The camp offers an exciting and developmental experience on campus for top students who have demonstrated leadership potential.

The Camp LEAD program is free to those participants that are selected. Texas Tech University covers all costs, including transportation to/from Lubbock, meals, lodging, etc. This allows us to bring selected students to Texas Tech and immerse them in a leadership development culture that will assist them throughout the course of their lives and careers

Provided with a contemporary leadership context, Camp L.E.A.D. participants leave with the tools and materials to be stronger leaders in their respective schools and communities, and are better-prepared to exhibit such qualities and character.

Camp L.E.A.D. is excited to develop the leaders of tomorrow. Learn more about the program and how to get involved.
