Environmental Engineering
The Master of Environmental Engineering (MENVE) program is a 154-hour integrated first year-to-master program focusing on environmental engineering. This ABET-accredited professional degree emphasizes engineering practice rather than research, focusing on environmental science, treatment system design, and applied problem solving. Students study biology, chemistry, and engineering sciences while learning to design systems for water, wastewater, air quality, and waste management challenges.
The program prepares students to prevent and remediate air, water, and soil contamination while protecting human health and ecosystems. Graduates pursue careers in consulting firms, industry, and regulatory agencies and qualify to pursue professional engineering licensure and international accreditation recognition.
