Failure of Peer Centered

Hi all,

Well it seems that Peer Centered just isn't going to fly this year.  
Despite repeated appeals there just aren't enough people 
participating to make it worth while.  While I hate to give Peer 
Centered up because of its success last year, I would rather put 
the time for it to better use.
