     Eric,
     
     Last year in Utah I attended a session you did on incorporating the visual 
     into writing tutorials. I want to reference that session in something I'm 
     writing for WLN and can't remember who did it with you (though I can 
     imagine their faces and his artwork). I'm also not certain of the session 
     name. (I no longer have my conference book because a colleague needed it 
     for his tenure materials.)
