quest for recent thread

Hi, wcenter folks,

Was there a post recently on wcenter that discussed the ways in which a
tutorial is NOT a conversation? I searched the wcenter archives so far to
no avail.  Maybe I read it elsewhere, but if you recall it, please let me
know.
