The server software is free, and runs on practically any kind of
ftp or http server.   User software is about $30 bucks and runs
as a macro inside of MS Word.  

I'd recommend everyone get their own web server machine.  A
dinky little 486dx2-66 running linux or freebsd can do wonders. 
Get on the unix learning curve and enjoy the ride.
