Re: usage question



Kevin, The Chicago Manual of Style has a good discussion of various
options in alphabetization in its section on indexing.  I'd quote it
chapter and verse, but out Chicago manual--like many other books someone
might want to lay their hand on--seems to have walked to some obscure
corner of our library.
