The first thing I though when I read this was,  "Yeesh!" and then 
"Oh good Lord!" I suppose if you get a 3000 gallon tank you will 
increase your humidity (thus making the whole room wet) enough 
to short out the computers.  There is more risk from people 
inadvertently spitting on computers adn having them short out than 
having to worry about ambient humidity, especially in South 
Carolina where the humidity is high!  Of course don't tell your 
computing services that people will actually be using the 
computers, because with their reasoning you will have to have 
them hermetically sealed to prevent the inadvertant finger tip 
moisture.

That one deserves at least three "Yeeshes!"
