Ann,

At Andrews University, enrollment is about 3000, counting both graduate
and undergraduate students.  Our Writing Center has 11 tutors this
quarter, and we are budgeted for 80 work hours per week.  We are open
for 30 hours per week, with 2-3 tutors working at a time.  Tutor pay
rates vary from $5.50 per hour to $8.50 per hour depending on class
standing and experience.
