RE: blah center

Hi Jennifer,
I don't think that room decorations are trivial at all. The place must
be inviting so students will use it. I have tried for years to find
pictures of famous authors for my walls. I looked for posters and asked
the people at Barnes and Noble if they sell those wonderful
illustrations they have. (They don't.) I finally settled for making my
own.

I also have a wonderful wall map of the history of the world. I got it
from a Barnes and Noble catalogue. It is very attractive, takes up an
entire wall--and--what I like best about it is that it starts with the
tower of Babel and ends with Ronald Reagan. How's that for irony!
