Ann, I direct a w.c. at Stephen F. Austin (about 12,000 undergrads and
several graduate programs). I have 9 undergrad. peer tutors who work a
total of 93 hours per week. These tutors are paid in cash (well, I guess
they get a check) and are paid at a rate that is above minimum wage.
