Size and Growth

Hi!  I'm new to the list, and I wanted to consult you all.  I'm in my first
year at a small to medium sized university (3,100 day students, plus
another 900 or so in the evening college), and I'm starting the Writing
Center.  They've given me a great space for the Center, and initially, a
tiny budget.  Right now we're open about 18 hours per week and providing
about 45 hours of total tutoring (paid for mostly in credits).  While I
know that each center is unique, I'm curious about how much time more
established centers at equivalent size universities are open.  How much are
you all open relative to the size of your universities?
