Karen,

You might also inquire as to whethere a teacher has ever required them to
come to the Writing Centere or merely recommended they go.

Also, get demographic information such as major, classification, age,
gender, ethnic background.  You may be able to see some patterns of who
uses the WC and who doesn't in the demographic information
