Dear WCenter Friends:
Thanks for the overwhelming number of responses and wonderful advice.

As Daphne and most of you have said, appointments become a
necessity--especially if tutors are stressed or Petey Procrastinator and
his proofreading is the request of the day.

I appreciate the support and advice; we are now working to do basically
what Daphne and many of you have written.  Cross your fingers for us!
