My position is full-time to train and supervise the tutors and tutor in
the Writing Center myself.

Our college has approximately 1100 students.  I have 13
undergraduate tutors working a few hours a week each  with Work-Study
funds from the English and history departments, and I tutor all week too.
In our first year last year we held 1,539 conferences with 272 studnts.
