CW 99 Town Hall

Hi, James and Tari.  I just got a quick, rather harried note from Mike Day
this morning, and I wanted to try to clear some things up.  John Barber,
Dene Grigar, and I are proposing another Town Hall (two f2f sessions, and a
"virtual" town hall that occurs on Rhetnet and on Lingua MOO before and
after the conference).  Mike had said he'd like to do the Town Hall
sessions again, but he forgot about the virtual component.  He said that
you two and some others (Greg?  Sharon Cogdill?) had volunteered to do an
online conference, so I wanted to see if either we couldn't work together
and simply make the virtual town halls part of what you're doing, or if you
think this should be two separate events.  Either one would work for me.
On one hand, with more of us, we could do more varied things, but on the
other hand, the Town Hall sessions are sort of linked, so maybe they should
be separate events.  I'd like to do whichever is easier/better for you.
