Here at the UW English Dept. we're fortunate to have a very on-the-ball
undergrad advising office.  They let me contact all of the 800+ English
majors quarterly with info about our services on their email distribution
list.  I recruit some of my tutors the same way.  Faculty support is
wonderful, but my stint in advertising taught me to spend my resources on
the target audience.  Best of luck--that wild administrative streak just
isn't satisfied without the buzz of collaborative conversations all
around, is it?
