Kristin,

In August Utah State Press will be putting out a book dealing with 
Writing Centers and various uses of technology.  I think it is still
going to be called "Wiring the Writing Center."  From 
the chapter outline that I received there is a chapter on secondary 
school online writing centers.  Eric Hobson is the editor.  You might 
also want to look at the National Writing Center Association home 
page (http://departments.colgate.edu/diw/NWCA.html).  It contains 
links to online writing centers etc.
