RE: NWCA inquiry

I worded my request as I did because I wish to use state funds to add
membership personnel of our new writing center.  The registration will be
in a person's name rather than in the name of the writing center, but it
will be separate from my personal membership. The journals, then, will
belong to the office rather than to an individual.
