Libby, you just reminded me of Betty Azar's wonderful grammar books which
have things like "if/were" in the table of contents instead of things like
"subjunctive." Makes it easy for non-meta-linguists to find things.
Thanks to you, Libby, I'm now going to think of Azar as "Great-Aunt Betty."
