RE: CCCC Happy Times at NWCA SIG Session

Thanks Pam for making this reminder.  Let me also remind you that it is 
NWCA tradition to make a scholarship award at the SIG.  We will be doing 
this.  Among the highlights of the discussion we hope to generate will be a 
report on a possible European WCA conference in Greece; assessment/review/
self-study/accreditation; and some words from Muriel Harris, Joan Mullin, 
Byron Stay, and me about the future of writing center scholarship and 
whether or not, as some see it, there is a bankruptcy of writing center 
scholarship.

Of course, the real highlight will be getting together with one another.  I 
have asked Eric Hobson to see if there might be some way of vending 
sandwiches/snacks, in addition to the cash bar.

And, don't forget, the NWCA business meeting follows the SIG.
