I set my writing assistants to work on a slogan for our Center, and here's
the best of the lot--all submitted by Thomas Zurhellen.

10 ) The Writing Center - We Can write and Y'all Can't, So THERE!

9) The Writing Center - Made for People Like You

8) The Writing Center - The #1 Choice of The Worst Writers On Campus

7) The Writing Center - There's Gotta Be Something Better

6) The Writing Center - Give us a cookie and we'll write your paper 

5) JWE (our rising junior exam) stands for "JUST WAIT for the EASY one"

4) The Writing Center - We've got five JENNIFER's and they're all easy (to
work with)

3) The Writing Center - We got funding next quarter and the Macrame club
didn't! (Neiner! Neiner! Neiner!)

2) The Writing Center - We don't have a pencil sharpener, and the restroom
is down the hall

1) The Writing Center - if your writing doesn't improve, we'll beat the
living carp outta you!

If you all want to use any of these, I respectfully ask that you e-mail
Tommy (via me) for permission first.  He's expecting a run on several of
them. :)
