RE: Marketing Slogans



Our tutors just rewrote our mission statement for our new handouts.  It is--

The JCCC Writing Center promotes the college's mission of lifelong learning and service to the community by providing an environment for nurturing independent writing; valuing progress, not perfection; emphasizing process, not product.

Our motto which we put on our brochure is : "Your Partner in Teaching
and Learning".  This touches on the writing assistance we give to
students and the help we provide professors when we comment on papers.
