The Tutor Listserve

Hi all--

>From what I understand, a listserve specifically for tutors doesn't exist
at this point. As I mentioned before, I will work on developing and
managing one, but I would love some input.

Here's my initial take on the listserve settings that I know of:

The listserve should have an open subscription. That is, anyone who wants
to do so can subscribe through the normal set of commands.

Only subscribers should be able to send posts to the listserve. This seems
a reasonable obstacle to spamming, etc.

All posts will go directly to the list. That is, the list manager will not
"preview" posts.

Any other suggestions?

By the way, I will set up the listserve from my campus e-mail rather than
this adddress.
