Expert advice from those with first-hand experience in high school writing
centers is now pretty readily available, but there may still be a useful
tip or two in a package I wrote with a colleague, Geri Weilacher, several
years ago:  "Peer Tutoring: A Collaborative Learning Experience."  A
videotape, Student Handbook, and Teacher's Manual are available from
Audio-Visual Services, Penn State University, Special; Services Building,
1127 Fox Hill Road, University Park, PA 16803-1824.
