High School Writing Centers

I've been asked for information about setting up writing centers in high
schools, selecting and training peer tutors, and how to tutor non-English
type papers.  I can give these people a bunch of information about how our
university center does it -- for them to adapt, but think resources and
conversation about actual hs wcs with actual hs center folk would be more
helpful for them.  Any books, articles anyone can recommend?  Any hs
center people on this list?
