Virginia -- sorry to be late responding to your request -- but I teach a course called Teaching Writing One on One, which has English Dept. designation and 3 credits (ENGL 333) -- the logic for our department was to include it among a couple of other 33x courses that include pedagogy -- Teaching Literature, Teaching Technical Writing, for example -- for undergrads.
