If students don't know who is a student and who is faculty then they can't
choose one over the other.  In today's university you really can't tell
students from faculty by age or dress, so I would blend the schedules and
bury the credentials. If you have a large enough school where many faculty
members may never have met most of the students, it might be impossible for
student tutees to know the rank of their tutor.
