WCENTER has been so quiet of late that I'm wondering if I'm still subscribed...

Perhaps I can find out by posing a quick question.  Several years ago I
read about an idea-generating activity called cubing.  It involved choosing
six ways (description?  comparison?  analysis?) in which to free-write or
brainstorm on a topic.  Can someone help me with either more information or
the original reference?
