Budget lines

Hi Centaurs,

We're finishing a budget proposal for next year and are looking for
one or two comparator institutions' WC budgets that we can point at. 
We're a state university with about 14.5k fulltime students (40k
counting part timers).  We have an Administrator (3/4 time), a full
time Office Specialist (moi), a 20 hr/wk work study, and are
proposing a core staff of 7 GA tutors who tutor 15 hours a week.  Our
budget proposal (including summer term) comes to about $148k.
