RE: Adjuncts!! and Dir of Composition position in FL

It's always thrilling to see a job listed anywhere,  but it kinda dims
the  joyous lights when the above is listed as the first responsibility.
No problem.  If I don't get the tenure track job, there's always adjunct
work (teach twice as many classes for a sixth of the pay).  The website
lists 31 full-time faculty.  Why have so many grad TAs?  'Cause we need
adjuncts.

No offense intended toward UCF.  It's that way here and everywhere.
It's so true all over the place that I feel a little silly complaining
about it, but perhaps if it gets pointed out over and over again. . .
