Wrongo.  

Accreditation by a writing center organization would not have impressed those
people who were accrediting the English department.  Accreditation is only as
good as the organization which does it, and only as accepted as the organization
is.  Clearly, the accreditors were unfamiliar with writing centers and would,
therefore, have been equally unfamiliar with writing center organizations.  

If NWCA thinks their seal of approval is going to carry any weight, then they
are going to have to do a massive campaign to sell themselves to NCATE, regional
accrediting organizations, MLA, university administrators, whomever.
