Another reason for need accreditation is that we're going through an accreditation review in the Spring.  I'm wondering — as we write our self study report whether there is anything in the guidelines that are not being drafted that we could concrecetly refer to?  Could "we" (that is, me, the writing center director at Concordia Universtity Portland) that we are using — in a general way — the guidelines being developed?

Any way to latch onto the emerging idea of accrediting writing centers at this point?
