Writing center materials

I have been off the list for over a year now, but I'm back in college 
again so here I am.  I am now a graduate student in the Master's in 
Library Science and Information program at North Texas in Denton.  
I am writing a policy manual for a course, and because I like the 
writing center stuff, I am using an imaginary writing center as my 
topic.  The fun thing is I get to "spend" $4,000.00 on a collection 
of materials for the writing center.  I am going to check Becky 
Rickly's silabi on the web.  Send titles of your favorites in any of 
the following catagories: books, audiovisual materials, serial 
publications (the writing lab is my favorite), government 
documents(??), CD-ROM products, and/or computer software.  Sara 
Kimball was using some software for keeping records a couple of years 
ago. I'd like that title, or even an upgrade.

I appreciate any help with this.
