Lady--Thanks for the excellent job descriptions.  I have been needing to 
rewrite mine for a while and you address most of my concerns. Based on 
recent events in my center, I will be adding the following items to my 
new tutor JD:
 
¥ Engaging in conversations about students, professors, 
and other tutors only when these conversations are professional and 
confidential.
¥ Making good use of "down" time in the WC by engaging in the activities 
listed in the JD.
¥ Refraining from conducting other business in the WC.
¥ Conducting WC tutoring conferences only while in the WC.
