Gee, all this talk of reprimands, policies, firings, etc. makes me appreciate all the more the way the Online Writery set itself up. Folk work when there's work to be done and when they can, when they want to. Seems like work gets done just fine this way, and absenteeism is not a problem. In fact, I'm not sure it exists. This approach isn't for everybody, I know. But it works for us. --Eric Crump
