Thanks for your response, Kurt, but I disagree. Our E-Mail conversations
may have touched off a few fuses but it generated an interest in actually
finding
and looking for errors. Okay, you hate me, and some even pushed themselves
to point out my errors. It was one creative teaching technique that
sometimes works.  While I agree with those on the list that we do have a
need for
"non-judgemental feedback" there are ways to spark a dialogue that actually
increases a students desire to learn English.  Except in the real world you
have
to be careful, because people hesitate to question and as you pointed out
you get caught up in the flames and lose the message.  Also it works best
for short term response.
