MIDWEST REGION PROPOSAL CALL--June 1 extension
We appreciate the numerous proposals for individual and group
presentations as well as workshops and other interactive sessions that
were submitted by the May 1 deadline for the 1997 Midwest Writing Centers
Association Conference. Those submitting proposals may anticipate
response in mid-summer.
Out of consideration for the numerous challenges mother-nature has placed
on the Midwest this year, we extend the proposal deadline to JUNE 1 in
hopes that more of our colleagues from the beleagured areas will be able
to join us.
Wherever you live, consider joining us in Kansas City, Missouri on
November 7-8, 1997.
