Dear english instructor:  I enjoyed your note, but I expect you would get
better
response if you corrected the capitalization errors in you E-mail.  Oversight
is one thing...blantant misuse in a professional inquiry make it difficult for
a reader to take you seriously.  Sorry, I lost the key purpose of your inquiry
because the errors distracted my attention.
