We don't use Filemaker Pro (we use Access), so I can't give you a specific answer. But if it is at all like Access, you can ask it to sort by Field, and once you can sort, you can make some easy counts. I suspect, at any rate, that sorting is the place to start in order to count. Jane Nelson
