Hi Li Huo,

The Reigstad book was published by ERIC Clearinghouse on Reading and
Communication Skills and the National Council of Teachers of English,
111 Kenyon Road, Urbana, IL  61801 in 1984.   (NCTE Stock #55065).

Don't know about the others.
