     At last week's cafe, we talked about mud management, and toward
     the end of the discussion, some of us began talking about what
     sort of investment setting up and running an educational mud
     might be: what do you need? who do you need? what's the time
     time investment? what initial decisions can you make that
     will save you headaches later and make your mud a more useful
     learning space?  when is it a better idea to use an existing
     mud that can accommodate your classes, and when is it time to 
     try to get one for your own site?  Let's talk about these
     these questions this week.
