My wife used to live in Pittsburgh and I spent many weekends driving
there.  See if you can get a fix on some of these times:
>From Columbus, OH:  exactly 3 hours
>From Indianpolis:  6 hours
>From Bloomington, IL:  9 hours
>From Youngstown, OH: maybe 1 (depending on the roads)

So, I would put Toledo at about 4-5 hours and Chicago maybe 9-10 (my
recollection is that Chicago is about 5 hours from Toledo on the
turnpike?)

I hope this at least gives you a ballpark figure.
